📌 Progress Update #1 — #HomeRenovationProjectForTheUnderprivileged for Grandma Pae in Chiang Mai

As the original house was severely damaged and could no longer be repaired, it became necessary to completely rebuild the home. The construction of the structure, flooring, and roof has already begun, and the project is expected to be completed within September.

Grandma Pae Chongkhophadung, 82 years old, lives alone in Yang Piang Subdistrict, Omkoi District, Chiang Mai. Her husband has passed away, and she suffers from asthma, a hunched back, and difficulty walking, requiring ongoing medical treatment. She survives on an elderly allowance and the kindness of local villagers.

Her previous home was a simple shelter with damaged flooring full of holes that could no longer safely support weight. The roof leaked, the structure was unsafe, and most importantly, the house did not have a bathroom.
