The Foundation for Children and Persons with Disabilities loves and cares for all children with disabilities and their families in the Thai-Cambodian border area of Buriram Province. Therefore, in collaboration with the Buriram Provincial Special Education Center, they organized a scholarship award ceremony for the first semester of 2025 to 10 students with disabilities and their families. In addition to providing relief during the unrest, this also supports students with disabilities who have learning potential, giving them the opportunity to continue their studies at a higher level and preventing them from dropping out of the education system.

Because students in Thai border areas face many problems such as:
- Educational inequality: Students in border areas are often poor, which means they do not have equal access to quality education as students in the city.
- Poverty, hardship, lack of medicine, lack of food and clothing.
- Access to resources: Lack of teaching materials, technology, and the internet makes it impossible to learn effectively.
- Unrest: The unrest in the Thai-Cambodian border area has caused schools to close for periods of time and has affected children's minds, causing stress, anxiety, and emotional problems.
Providing educational opportunities to children living along the border will help support and ensure they remain out of the system until they reach their highest level of education. It will also improve the quality of life for the children and villagers in the border areas.
