Home visit for elderly persons with visual impairment 🥰 Checking in and caring for the health and well-being of persons with disabilities

Mr. Ekkamon Phaetyanan, President of the Foundation for Children and Disabled Persons, and Ms. Ratchadaporn Phothong, together with the team, conducted a field visit to Ban Khok Wat, Prasat District, Surin, to visit 86-year-old Grandfather Tuak.

He has hearing and mobility impairments and is currently bedridden. He lives with his wife and child.

During this visit, the team provided encouragement and financial assistance for daily living expenses and medical care. They also assessed the family’s living conditions to provide further recommendations and support, including livelihood assistance and potential home repairs. This initiative aims to sustainably improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities and bedridden patients in collaboration with local community leaders.

🙏 The Foundation would also like to sincerely thank the Deputy Mayor of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mr. Wimut Yimchuen, and the village head, Ms. Arunnee Kamondet, for coordinating and facilitating the field visit and supporting continued assistance after this mission.
